Linear Algebra is a BASIC SCIENCES (BS)
course in Data Science programme. Linear Algebra is a powerful subject to
understand the theoretical background of computational mathematics and is the
gateway to multidimensional space - no avoiding that! It is an important
objective of this course that the students are exposed to the basic concepts of
Linear Algebra, visualize meaningful data, develop logical thinking and problem
solving techniques that are foundational blocks behind most of the powerful
machine learning algorithms and allied areas.
